My solo adventure here was a breath of fresh air! I truly appreciated Christin's friendliness, especially when she helped with my stubborn digital lock. The cozy room offered comfort, and breakfast was delicious. I recommend earplugs for noise sensitivity, but overall, an excellent stay. Can't wait to return!

the tv in my room didn’t work

Clean room, nice kettle and TV, but check-in was a bit chaotic.

The room had a lovely high ceiling, but the shower had inconsistent water pressure.

The charming atmosphere at this hotel was delightful, complemented by friendly staff. however, the noise from workmen in the mornings was disruptive, and the limited breakfast options were disappointing. Still, the cleanliness of the accommodations helped make the experience enjoyable despite these drawbacks.

The bar area is beautifully decorated with retro charm and offers easy access for seniors, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere to relax and enjoy a drink after a day of sightseeing.

Perfect for a short family trip!

We had a fab time! The staff were super friendly, especially the lady at reception—she even helped us find our way to Wembley. Our family room was cozy with tea just waiting for us. Only thing, the walls were a bit thin, so we could hear neighbors chatting. Still, great value for a London stay!

Spacious room, comfortable bed, the bed provided a restful night's sleep complemented by excellent public transport access right outside for easy exploration of the city.

I loved how close I was to Hampstead Heath, a perfect spot for a scenic stroll, and with a great selection of restaurants just steps away, like the delicious Abyssinia Ethiopian restaurant nearby, I never went hungry during my weekend stay. the comfortable room was ideal for a single traveler, providing all the essentials for a cozy accommodation experience.

The check-in process was pretty smooth. staff contacted me before arrival with access details. The location near Kilburn tube station made it easy to get around. I liked having tea and coffee facilities in my room. The room, while compact, was clean and had a comfy bed. soundproofing isn’t great. Noise from the pub below sometimes made it hard to sleep. the towels felt a bit small, and I wish there was an option for a proper breakfast.
